THE JR Group has confirmed the launch of scaffold inspection services as part of its new training services department.

The service will provide a 7-day scaffold inspection in accordance with the 2005 Aerial Work Regulations. The company stated that this release has met the “substantial demand” of the industry and provided services that are fully SG4 compliant.

In addition to the mandatory weekly inspections, the team will also provide one-time and independent scaffolding inspections, bolt pull-out tests, PASMA aluminum tower inspections, advanced design structure inspections, and accident and accident investigations.

Ronnie Charters, JR Scaffold's HSEQ manager, will lead the new inspection service. He said: "Considering the current high demand, we are very pleased to be able to provide this valuable service to the industry while meeting the shortage of qualified personnel who can perform this type of work. The demand for this type of service is huge because Once the company establishes its structure and conducts its own scaffolding inspections, there will be conflicts of interest. Bringing in an impartial company to conduct audits and inspections can give all relevant personnel peace of mind.

"By using such a service, it will ensure that all scaffolding structures meet appropriate safety standards before the first use, and will be inspected at intervals of no more than 7 days until they are removed. It will be exposed to extreme weather conditions and strong winds. Or any other event that may affect its strength or stability, and after any substantial additions or changes, or after any unauthorized or third-party interference check the structure.

"We look forward to launching this service to provide much-needed support for the industry."
